1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

The Agreement constitutes an electronic contract that sets out legally binding terms of your usage and access to this Site as well as the service. 2. REFUND POLICY

Due to the individual process and custom-made-to-order services offered through SOSComplete LLC – all sales are considered final. We will invariably tailor the content to meet the requirements of the customer. It is written specifically according to your needs, and consequently, your orders cannot be changed or canceled. They can also not be refunds. When you place your order with SOSComplete LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that your ordered custom content could not be refunded.

3. REVISION POLICY

Within three (3) days of delivery, you can request a revision on my orders page. After three (3) days, the order will be considered complete without further actions will be taken. If we depart from your instructions, we will make changes without charge. Any changes that are not in line with the original instructions won’t be eligible for revisions. The writer who originally wrote the content will always make the modifications. We are unable to have an additional writer revise content created by the original writer. You have three (3) days after order delivery to request a change. After three days, we will consider the order complete without further action.

4. GRAMMARLY PLAGIARISM CHECK POLICY

We guarantee that Grammarly will check the content that passes in line with the prior specifications. Other plagiarism checkers cannot serve as evidence of plagiarism due to their insecure nature. In addition, because of the complexity of proving publication dates of content online, we will not accept any notices of suspected plagiarism after three days have passed from the delivery time.

5. SOSComplete LLC REVIEWS

We welcome reviews of our service, whether they’re positive or negative. Additionally, suppose you make false claims regarding what we consider the best quality material returned to you, such as writing grammar, style spelling, structure, or any other aspect of the content. In that case, We retain the option to put “said” articles online for customer feedback. You waive all ownership rights over the content if you make negative or incorrect public claims regarding the quality of the content.

6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

After we deliver your content, all rights transfer to you, the customer. However, suppose you write any negative review on the internet or post a complaint about the content. In that case, You waive all rights to publish the articles since the content you purchased may be published online to let others assess the truthfulness of your assertions.

7. EMAIL COMMUNICATION

When you place an order with SOSComplete LLC, you agree to join our mailing list. We will contact you regarding what’s happening with your purchase and delivering content completed. We will also send you emails with commercial messages and offers related to other services and products provided by another third-party or us. For example, suppose we find that we cannot meet your request or that you made an order but decided to cancel your project before we started, and we have agreed to refund your payment. In that case, the amount will be one dollar fee taken from the price you made to cover the transaction and processing fees associated with the cost.

8. DISPUTES

The dispute results in the immediate suspension of the buyer’s ownership rights to the articles and transferring the title of the pieces to SOSComplete LLC. If the buyer wins or loses the dispute, all rights in the report remain in the hands of SOSComplete LLC. The subject content cannot be utilized for publication by buyers in any way, whether on or off. We will take action to the maximum extent permitted by the law any breach of this Agreement.
